"Live From New York: An Uncensored History of Saturday Night Live, as Told By Its Stars, Writers and Guests" is the guilty pleasure of reading about the behind the scenes stories of the key players on Saturday Night Live. This book has several bits of juicy gossip through interviews with most of the key members over the years including comedians such as Dan Ackroyd, Bill Murray, and David Spade; writers Francken and Davis; guest hosts like Steve Martin; and the wizard behind the curtain, the producer Lorne Michaels. Most people that watched this show during the 70s and 80s would probably enjoy this book. Rating: A-.
